Our Story

Fitness Vacation Exchange began with a simple but powerful idea: blend travel with wellness. Our founders, inspired by their own experiences teaching on resort vacations, saw an opportunity to create a platform that supports both fitness professionals and resorts.

Over time, we’ve built lasting relationships with resort partners in Mexico, the Caribbean, and beyond. We’ve also created a strong network of passionate instructors—many of whom are repeat participants—who bring energy, professionalism, and joy to every class they teach.
